Recoat is a gallery in Glasgow. We opened in July 2007. We exhibit graphic art, illustration, photography, street art and graffiti, and also sell clothing, jewellery, books, magazines and accessories. We feel it is important to showcase Scottish talent aswell as bringing inspirational art and design work here from around the world.

On 15th February 2008 we opened a solo exhibition of INSA's work sponsored by Carhartt and Club Violate.

He's exhibiting original spray painted canvasses, limited edition prints on stretched PVC and hes done the most incredible huge mural in the space. There was a line of people waiting to get in when we opened and the first 20 people through the door won a free limited edition t-shirt.

INSA is a world famous graffiti artist, having exhibited in London, LA and New York and worked with Nike, Carhartt and Kid Robot. His work explores desire, fetish, commodity and objects.
